Terms of Service

By accessing or using WorldCupLeague.com (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

World Cup League is a prediction game platform that allows users to create and join private or public leagues, submit match score predictions for FIFA World Cup 2026, and compete on leaderboards. Leagues may optionally include a prize pool funded and distributed by the league creator — not by World Cup League.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and participate in prize leagues. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Predictions can only be submitted before the lock time for each match (default: at kick-off). Once locked, predictions cannot be changed. Points are awarded automatically when official results are recorded. World Cup League reserves the right to adjust scores in case of data errors.

Some leagues feature a prize pool. Prize pools are funded, managed, and paid out by the individual league creator, not by World Cup League. World Cup League makes no guarantee that prize money will be paid. If you believe you have been defrauded by a league creator, contact us and we will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery. Official leagues marked with our badge are directly administered by World Cup League and subject to separate prize terms communicated in the league description.

• Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to submit predictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate league results, rankings, or prize distribution.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Posting content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on the Platform (logos, UI, code) is owned by World Cup League or its licensors. Match data is sourced from publicly available football data providers. FIFA and World Cup are trademarks of FIFA — World Cup League is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of data, or continuous availability. Prediction outcomes are for entertainment purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Cup League shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of prize winnings administered by third-party league creators.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
